This User Agreement (the "Agreement") governs the use of the “Authenticator App” mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you, the user (“You” or “User”), agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
This Agreement governs your use of the Authenticator App. By using the App, you accept the terms outlined in this document.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. Users aged 13–17 may use the App only with parental/guardian supervision and consent. Users under 13 are not permitted to use the App.
The App is provided for personal, non-commercial, and lawful use only. You may not use the App for illegal, unauthorized, or infringing activities.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully. By continuing to use the App, you acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, code, content, and trademarks, remain the property of the individual developer. You are granted a limited, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal use.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App.
You agree not to use the App unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, or to engage in harmful, defamatory, or malicious activities. You may not redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the App.
The App is provided over the Internet and may be affected by external factors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, or suspend the App at any time without notice.
The App may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Unused portions of free trials are forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
The App may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant compatibility, accuracy, security, or freedom from errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a U.S. embargoed or sanctioned country and are not on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted party list.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
We may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App.
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.
